Cacusia confirmed host for the Forest Cup 2026
The new edition of the Forest Cup will be held in Cacusia, first time that hosts the tournament.
Cacusia has been officially confirmed as the host nation for the Forest Cup 2026, making it the first time the nation takes on that role. The announcement also marks the earliest a host has been confirmed in the history of the tournament.
The decision came out of a public poll held during the host election of 2024, where Anxious and Kevin were chosen as hosts for that edition, followed by Atsvea and Tylvana. However, both nations have since ceased to exist, making Cacusia the clear choice to step in. You can view the original poll here.
In the previous edition, the host was confirmed too close to the start of the tournament, which forced several aspects of the organization to be rushed. This time, the we wanted enough room to prepare properly and focus on other areas of the event without that pressure.
As host, Cacusia enters the Forest Cup 2026 as group A top seed and will play in the opening match of the tournament. It is a notable moment for a nation that was present in the previous editions since the starts of the FFC in 2022.
